Refund policy
You can return your order within 30 calendar days from the day you receive it. To do this we only ask you to send your details to Hello@stratumdesign.es indicating the data necessary to locate the purchase and generate a return label.
Once created, you will only have to leave the package at the nearest post office. Once your package is delivered and received in our workshop, we will proceed to refund the total amount of the order.
The priority and urgent shipments 24h/48h are additional services, this contemplates the manufacture of any stock supply, which generally usually takes from 1 to two days, this service involves advancing the production and packaging of the order, so that these orders have priority. Although the delivery time complies with the working days of the service, the additional cost is exempted from the refund and only the full value of the product will be refunded.
If it is impossible to deliver the order, a safe pick-up point will be found to drop it off. If you are not going to be at the place of delivery at the agreed time, you should contact the transport company or through their website to arrange the delivery. Once the period of 10 days has elapsed since your order is available for delivery and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to Stratum Design, it will be understood that you wish to cancel the order and it will be resolved. As a consequence of the cancellation of the order, all payments received will be refunded (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which the contract is deemed to have been cancelled. You will be charged the additional costs that the transport derived from the resolution may involve if the order is in one of the following reasons:
- The recipient has refused delivery.
- The address is wrong or out of date. It is recommended that you carefully check the address when placing the order, if there are errors in the address, it is important to contact us via email so that we can correct it.
- The carrier has tried to make the delivery, but could not because he was absent at home, in this case the package will be arranged at a collection point near your home, in a period of 10 days the package will be refused and returned to sender.
The products included in the category of Personalization or Printing of CityMaps cannot be returned unless they show an imperfection, since the designs are entirely designed by the customers.
When purchasing our Skylines, we offer optional complementary stickers for quick and easy installation on your wall. Please note that we do not sell the stickers individually and therefore cannot ship them separately. If your purchase does not include the stickers, it means that they are not available or have unfortunately not been included in the package.
The refund will be made to the same account number and by the same payment method you used for your purchase.
