PAYMENT METHODS
The forms of payment accepted by Stratum Design are: Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.
SHIPPING
STANDARD PENINSULAR SHIPPING:
- FREE SHIPPING.
- Delivery time: 4 to 7 working days.
- PRIORITY SHIPPING.
- Cost: 4,99€
- Delivery time: 2 to 3 working days.
- URGENT SHIPPING.
- Cost: 8,00€
- Delivery time: In 24h orders of 50cm and 48h orders of 100cm, if you place your order before 12PM from Monday to Thursday.
SHIPPING BALEARIC ISLANDS:
- FREE SHIPPING.
- Delivery time: Delivery time is 4 to 5 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- Cost: 9.99€
- Delivery Time: Delivery time is 5 to 10 days.
- Destinations: France, United Kingdom, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Portugal and Austria.
Please note that the courier company does not deliver on weekends.
We cannot be held responsible for possible delivery delays caused by the selected courier service, however, if you have any problems, please contact us at Hello@stratumdesign.es and we will try to solve your problem as soon as possible.
During campaigns and promotions the delivery time may be longer than usual.
The delivery date provided for the product to be shipped is approximate.
If there is any type of error in the indicated address or in any other point of the order, you must notify it immediately to the e-mail address that will appear in the web in order to proceed to the correction of this error. Once your order is ready for shipment or has been sent, Stratum Design cannot modify the delivery address.
Stratum Design will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product or service does not take place because the information provided by the user is false, inaccurate or incomplete.
IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY
If it is impossible to deliver the order, we will look for a safe pick up point to drop it off. If you are not going to be at the delivery point at the agreed time, you should contact the transport company or through their website to re-arrange delivery. Once the period of 10 days has elapsed since your order is available for delivery and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to Stratum Design, it will be understood that you wish to cancel the order and it will be resolved. As a consequence of the cancellation of the order, all payments received will be refunded (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which the contract is deemed to have been cancelled. You will be charged the additional costs that the transport derived from the resolution may involve if the order is in one of the following reasons:
- The recipient has refused delivery.
- The address is wrong or outdated. It is recommended that you carefully check the address when ordering, if there are errors in the address, it is important to contact you through our email so we can correct it.
- The carrier has tried to deliver, but could not because he was absent at home, in this case the package will be arranged at a collection point near your home, in a period of 10 days the package will be refused and returned to sender.
CONDITIONS
- Shipments are made by courier service.
- Shipping costs include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, fee, duty or surcharge.
- It is understood as shipping the delivery of items at home or address specified by the customer during the ordering process, limited as delivery areas listed above.
- We are not responsible for any possible delivery delays caused by courier services.
FREE RETURNS
You can return your order within 30 calendar days from the day you receive it. To do this we only ask you to send your details to Hello@stratumdesign.es indicating the data necessary to locate the purchase and generate a return label.
Once created, you will only have to leave the package at the nearest post office. Delivered your package and received in our workshop, we will proceed to make the refund of the total amount of the order.
Priority and urgent shipments 24h/48h are additional services, this includes the manufacture of any stock supply, which generally usually takes 1 to two days, this service involves advancing the production and packaging of the order, so that these orders have priority. Although the delivery time complies with the working days of the service, the additional cost is exempted from the return and only the full value of the product will be refunded.

In order to manage order cancellations and returns effectively, it is essential to make such requests before starting the shipping process. Otherwise, to ensure their effectiveness, packages will be required to be returned to the sender.
It is essential that, when making returns, the products are in their original box, and preferably in their shipping packaging (although the latter is optional). It is also crucial that items are shipped securely and securely fastened in their protective carriers, as received, in order to prevent damage in transit. In case of damage, it will be assessed if the product was not properly secured, if it was loose inside the box, or if the package was not the original one. The company reserves the right to appraise the damaged piece and, in these cases, if it is the result of negligence in the shipping method, the cost of the refund will be assessed.
Products included in the CityMaps Customization or Printing category cannot be returned unless they show an imperfection, as the designs are entirely designed by the customers.
When purchasing our Skylines, we offer optional complementary stickers for easy and quick installation on your wall. Please note that we do not sell the stickers individually and therefore cannot ship them separately. If your purchase does not include the stickers, it means that they are either not available or have unfortunately not been included in the package.
For vinyl adhesive lettering, it is essential that you follow the product installation instructions, as the warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse or mishandling, nor does it cover deficiencies caused by abrasion, neglect, shock, improper tension or normal wear and tear of the materials. The warranty only applies in cases where the product presents manufacturing defects or arrives damaged due to transportation.
The refund will be made to the same account number and by the same payment method used for your purchase.
TAXES
Prices include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, fee, duty or surcharge.
PRICES
The products will be sold at the price indicated, being in force the price collected at the time of purchase.
VALIDITY
Stratum Design reserves the right to modify prices, articles, offers and other commercial conditions without prior notice.
COPYRIGHT
All images, silhouettes, store name, photographs and visual elements present on our website, including but not limited to the store name, are protected by intellectual property legislation and are the exclusive property of Stratum Home SL.
Any form of unauthorized reproduction, distribution, display or use of these designs and images in any medium and format, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of these rights will be considered a violation of our terms and conditions and will be subject to appropriate legal action in accordance with applicable laws.
DATA PROTECTION
For the realization and follow-up of purchases or other customer services that may be implemented in the future, you must register your personal data and choose a password for access to restricted areas that require prior identification. This will prevent you from filling them in in the future. When you register on our server or place an order, your personal and address data, as well as the transactions made and in progress are incorporated into our database, used only to process the order, as well as to track it. If you have given your express consent, and as long as you do not revoke it, your data will also be used to send information about offers and services that may be of interest to you. At any time you can modify the data of your
customer registration (change of address, telephone ....) or ask us to remind you of your password if you have forgotten it.
