Legal basis for participation in the Skylinecity Stories Sweepstakes

COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION
The Company Stratum Home SL with address at Calle Riu Senia n47, 43006, Tarragona and identification number B56480692 organizes for promotional purposes the Skylinecity Stories Sweepstakes (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of national scope, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users resident in the European Union and of legal age in accordance with the provisions of the section on conditions for participation.

START DATE AND END DATE
The promotion will start on October 1, 2024 and will be carried out monthly. The deadline to participate will end at the end of each month, and the winner will be announced by stories during the first week of the following month.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION
It is important to emphasize that participation in the Contest implies unconditional acceptance of and compliance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
The participation requirements are as follows:
The promotion is open to persons residing in the European Union who are over 18 years of age.

To participate, it is necessary to have a SkylineCity. The personal data provided in the registration form must be truthful.

Each participant may register only once a month for this promotion. The publication in stories must be authentic, of good quality and the company reserves the right to consider void those that do not meet these requirements.

The winning profile must follow the Instagram or Facebook account of SkylineCity.store. In addition, the profile that publishes the story must mention @SkylineCity.store and have a public profile.

PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES
The winner and alternate(s) will be chosen through a sweepstakes in the first week of the following month.
The selection of the winners and alternates will be done randomly through the Easypromos platform. Easypromos is a platform that guarantees the transparency of the result of the sweepstakes and as proof of this issues a certificate of validity for each of its sweepstakes, whose result is unalterable for the organizer of the sweepstakes, and that any participating user can request to the organizer.
The winner will receive as a prize a free coupon for a 50 cm Skyline, which he/she can choose according to his/her preference and use at any time he/she wishes.
The winner may contact the Company within 20 days from the date on which it is announced on the social profile of the brand by writing to the following email Hello@stratumdesign.es. In the event that such contact is not made within the stipulated period, the draw will be declared void or another winner will be assigned.
The holding of the draw and the awarding of the prize are subject to the tax regulations in force.

LIMITATIONS
If it becomes evident that any of the participants do not comply with the requirements demanded in the Rules, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered null and void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion.
The following persons may not participate in the Promotion: (i) Employees employed by any of the companies and other entities with legal personality linked to Stratum Home SL (ii) Individuals who participate directly or indirectly in the capital of Stratum Home SL (iii) Any other individual who has participated directly or indirectly in the organization of this Contest or who has been involved directly or indirectly in its preparation or development (agency, suppliers, etc.). The prize awarded will not be valid for any reason.).
The prize awarded will not be transferable or subject to changes, alterations or compensation at the request of the Participants, and cannot be exchanged for any other product or money.
Stratum Home SL reserves the right, in the event of just cause and prior communication in legal form, to make any change, suspend or extend this Promotion.
The winner will be responsible for any fiscal or tax charge that the acceptance of the prize may imply, as well as any other expense derived from the promotion that is not expressly assumed by Stratum Home SL in the present Legal Bases.
A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days is established from the date of the awarding of the prize, to make any motivated claim. Stratum Home SL reserves, in case of necessity, the right to substitute the prize for another of similar characteristics.

PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Nor will be allowed comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and self-image. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by the comments made by participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other participants.
Any attempt to hinder the smooth running of the Contest either by human intervention or by means of an automaton will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant and the annulment of his/her candidacy.

DISCLAIMER
By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the participant with respect to the prize obtained from this Promotion, and assumes no responsibility for any damage or harm of any kind that may be suffered by the Participants, winner or third parties.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. In the event that this Promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in the same, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of Stratum Home SL and that affects the normal development of the Contest, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the same, including the web page of participation.

FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM
The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated in any way with Facebook/Instagram so Participants release Facebook from any liability for any damages arising from the same.

Stratum Home SL takes very seriously the protection of your privacy and your personal data. Therefore, your personal information is kept securely and treated with the utmost care.
In accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection regulations, and specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, each Participant, with the acceptance of these Legal Bases consents that the personal data provided for participation in this contest will be incorporated into a file owned by Stratum Home SL to process the participation in the contest and to communicate the prize in the event that he/she is the Winner.
The Participants guarantee that the personal data provided are truthful and are responsible for communicating to Stratum Home SL, any modification of the same. Stratum Home SL reserves the right to exclude from this promotion any Participant who has provided false information. Stratum Home SL cannot be held responsible for any illicit theft, modification or loss of data.
Participants have the right to (i) access their personal data, as well as to (ii) request the rectification of inaccurate data or, if applicable, request its deletion, (iii) request the limitation of the processing of their data, (iv) oppose the processing of their data and (v) request its portability. Without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or judicial action, the Participant shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority, in particular in the Member State in which he/she has his/her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement, in the event that he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data is not in accordance with the regulations, as well as in the event that he/she does not see the exercise of his/her rights satisfied.
The Control Authority before which the complaint has been filed will inform the claimant about the course and outcome of the complaint.

CHANGES
We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not prejudice or undermine the rights of participants in the Promotion.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases shall be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the Participant's city shall be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these rules.
