These conditions regulate the purchase of products offered through the website Skylinecity.store.

Payments are processed through secure platforms that guarantee the protection of financial data.

PRICES AND TAXES

Prices include VAT applicable in Spain. They do not include possible taxes or duties applicable in international destinations.

The applicable price will be the price in force at the time of order confirmation.

PRODUCTION ON DEMAND

The products offered are manufactured to order according to the specifications selected by the customer.

The start of the manufacturing process implies the reservation of materials and production resources.

Cancellation requests must be made prior to the start of production. Once the process has started, the order will be subject to the cancellation conditions provided for in this document.

SHIPPING

Delivery times are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond the control of Skylinecity.store.

Responsibility for the product is transferred to the consumer at the time of actual delivery.

During promotional campaigns, delivery times may be extended.

SHIPPING TO SWITZERLAND

Shipments to Switzerland are handled by the external logistics service MeinEinkauf.ch.

Skylinecity.store will not be responsible for any additional costs arising from customs clearance, local taxes or intermediary service.

The carrier does not deliver on weekends or holidays.

IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY

If the order could not be delivered for reasons not attributable to Skylinecity.store and remains available for 10 calendar days without being collected, it will be understood that the customer withdraws from the contract.

In such a case, the following may be deducted from the refund:

  • Actual initial shipping costs.
  • Actual return costs applied by the carrier.
  • Logistical costs of storage or management if any.

These costs shall correspond exclusively to the expenses actually incurred.

The applicable shipping and return costs may vary depending on the country of destination, the size of the product and the carrier selected.

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDERS IN TRANSIT

Cancellations are only possible prior to shipment.

Once the order has been delivered to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled until it is received.

Refusal of delivery or non-collection will be considered a return attributable to the customer, and the corresponding logistics costs will be applied.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has 30 calendar days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal, except for customized products.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

Skylinecity.store may withhold the refund until receipt of the product or proof of shipment.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

COMPLEMENTARY PRODUCTS

The products included in the Accessories category are ancillary to the main product and do not constitute the main object of the contract.

When they are returned separately, the customer shall bear the direct cost of returning them by ordinary mail.

LEGAL WARRANTY

All products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty from the date of delivery.

They will not be covered:

  • Natural wear and tear of the material.
  • Variations inherent to the wood (grain, tonalities or small natural irregularities).
  • Damage due to incorrect installation.
  • Improper use or exposure to humidity or outdoors.
  • Blows or inadequate manipulations.

HANDCRAFTED NATURE OF THE PRODUCT

The products are made of natural wood and may present variations inherent to the material, such as differences in grains, tones or small irregularities, which will not be considered defects but inherent characteristics of the product.

USE OF THE PRODUCT

The products are designed exclusively for interior decorative use.

Their durability is not guaranteed outdoors or in environments with high humidity.

ADHESIVE INSTALLATION

Supplementary adhesives must be installed according to the instructions provided.

Damage resulting from improper installation, mishandling or use on unsuitable surfaces will not be covered.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Skylinecity.store shall not be liable for consequential damages, economic loss or lost profits arising from the use of the products.

The maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the order.

This limitation shall not affect the consumer's statutory rights.

FORCE MAJEURE

Skylinecity.store shall not be liable for delays or defaults due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, logistical problems, transportation disruptions or governmental restrictions.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission facilitates an online dispute resolution platform available at:

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, silhouettes, images and content are the exclusive property of Skylinecity.store and are protected by applicable law.

Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

DATA PROTECTION

Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018.

The user may exercise their rights by request to Hello@stratumdesign.es.

MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS

Skylinecity.store reserves the right to modify these conditions respecting those in force at the time of purchase.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.

In case of dispute, the parties shall submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile.
