- Delivery in 24 hours for orders of 50 cm and 48 hours for orders of 100 cm, ordering before 12:00 noon (Monday to Thursday).
Customized products or products manufactured under special order will not be eligible for express or priority shipping.

GENERAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The carrier does not deliver on weekends or holidays.
The times indicated are estimates and may be affected by logistical reasons, promotional campaigns or circumstances of force majeure.
Skylinecity.store will respond to the consumer until the actual delivery of the product. However, it will not be responsible for delays attributable solely to the carrier or causes beyond its reasonable control.
If there is any error in the address provided, the customer must communicate it immediately. Once the order has been prepared or shipped, it will not be possible to change the delivery address.
Skylinecity.store will not assume responsibility when the delivery cannot be made due to incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate data provided by the customer.
REFUSED OR UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS
If delivery cannot be made and the order becomes available at a collection point, the customer must pick it up within the period indicated by the carrier (usually 10 calendar days).
After this period has elapsed without collection, or in case of express refusal of delivery, the order will be returned to the sender.
In these cases, the customer will assume the actual costs derived from:
- The initial shipment.
- The return transport.
- The logistics or storage costs that may be applied by the transport company.
The indicative amounts of applicable logistic costs are:
- Peninsular shipments: 7,50 €
- Balearic Islands shipments: 9,50 €
- France and Germany: 12,50 €
- Austria, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands: 15,90 €
- Czech Republic, Denmark, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia: 20.90 €
- Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Sweden: 32.90 €
These costs will be applied when the return is attributable to the customer for:
- Voluntary refusal of the shipment.
- Incorrect or incomplete address.
- Non-collection within the period established by the carrier.
