Free returns

In accordance with current consumer and user protection regulations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 calendar days without justification.

The period will expire 30 calendar days from the day on which the consumer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, has acquired the material possession of the good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must send an email to Hello@stratumdesign.es indicating:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Date of receipt

You can also use the model form included at the bottom of this page (its use is not mandatory).

Return conditions

The product must be returned

  • In its original box.
  • Correctly protected.
  • In perfect condition.
  • Without signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and characteristics.

The consumer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functioning.

Return costs

Skylinecity.store will provide a web link to generate a return label where applicable.

If such a label is used, the return will be handled in accordance with the conditions indicated.

If the customer chooses a different shipping method, the customer will bear the direct return costs.

Refund

Once the product has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the purchase.

The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or until the consumer has provided proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first.

The maximum period for reimbursement shall be 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

Express or priority shipping services (24h/48h) will not be reimbursed at additional cost, as it is a service already provided.

Personalized products

Pursuant to Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore, the products included in the category of Personalization or Printing of CityMaps do not admit return, except for manufacturing defect or damage in transport.

Non-deliveries

If the delivery could not be made for reasons not attributable to Skylinecity.store and the order remains available for collection for 7 calendar days without being withdrawn, it will be understood that the customer withdraws from the contract.

In this case, the amounts paid will be refunded minus transport costs arising from the return where appropriate (refusal of delivery, incorrect address or repeated absence).

Legal guarantee of conformity

All our products are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

The following are not covered:

  • Natural wear and tear of the wood.
  • Variations of the material (grain, tonalities or small natural irregularities).
  • Damage resulting from improper installation.
  • Exposure to humidity, outdoors or unsuitable conditions.
  • Blows, falls or improper handling.
  • Use other than the decorative use for which the product was designed.

In case of lack of conformity, the consumer may opt for repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract in accordance with current regulations.

Promotions and partial returns

In case of partial returns of orders on which a promotion or discount has been applied, the amount to be refunded will be recalculated according to the original conditions without promotion.

Return of complementary products

Products included in the Accessories category, such as decorative stickers or other items that are accessories to the main product, may be subject to cancellation within the established legal deadline.

These products are ancillary to the main product and do not constitute the main object of the contract.

When these products are returned separately from the main product, the customer shall bear the direct costs of return.

Due to their small size and nature, the return must be made by ordinary mail, properly protected, to the address that will be provided after the return request.

Skylinecity.store will not provide a prepaid return label for these types of products when returned separately.
