During campaigns and promotions the delivery time may be longer than usual. The delivery date provided for shipping is approximate.
If there is any type of error in the indicated address or in any other point of the order, you must notify it immediately to the e-mail address that will appear in the web to proceed to the correction of this error. Once your order is ready for shipment or has been sent, Stratum Home SL cannot modify the delivery address.
Stratum Home SL will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product or service does not take place, due to false, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user.
CONDITIONS
- Shipments are made by courier service.
- Shipping costs include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, fee, duty or surcharge.
- It is understood as shipping the delivery of items at home or address specified by the customer during the ordering process, limited as delivery areas listed above.
- We are not responsible for any possible delivery delays caused by the courier service.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
If it is impossible to deliver the order, we will look for a safe pick-up point to drop it off. If you are not going to be at the place of delivery at the agreed time, you should contact the courier company or through their website to re-arrange the delivery. Once the period of 10 days has elapsed since your order is available for delivery and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to Stratum Home SL, it will be understood that you wish to cancel the order and it will be resolved. As a consequence of the resolution of the order, all payments received will be refunded with the exception of the additional expenses resulting from the transport and the choice of a delivery method different from the least expensive one reflected in the following rates:

These costs will be applied to you derived from the resolution may involve if the order is in one of the following reasons:
- The addressee has refused delivery.
