Order processing for Switzerland

We currently do not ship directly to Switzerland. However, you can easily manage your order through the service provider MeinEinkauf.ch. They handle all customs clearance and shipping to your home in Switzerland for a small additional fee. They take care of all customs formalities and shipping to your address in Switzerland for a small additional fee.

  • Step 1

    Register at MeinEinkauf.ch.

    Registration is free of charge.

    You will receive an e-mail address from MeinEinkauf.ch. (e.g. muster@meineinkauf.ch).

  • Step 2

    Place your order in our online store Skylinecity.store.

    Please be sure to provide your MeinEinkauf.ch data:

  • Step 3

    Complete the order process and pay using one of the following payment methods:

    PayPal
    Sofortüberweisung
    Credit Card

  • Step 4

    After receipt of payment, we will ship your order to the billing and delivery address you have provided, MeinEinkauf GmbH in Konstanz.

    From there, your order will be shipped to the shipping address in Switzerland that you have stored in your MyPurchase account.

    Service charges will be invoiced separately by MeinEinkauf.ch.

How does shipping through MeinEinkauf.ch work?

  1. Register at MeinEinkauf.ch.
  2. Place your order in our store using the data provided by MeinEinkauf.ch (name, address and email).
  3. We will ship your order to MeinEinkauf headquarters in Konstanz (Germany) within 3 to 4 working days after receipt of payment.
  4. MeinEinkauf.ch will handle customs clearance and ship your order to your address in Switzerland in approximately 2 to 3 working days.

Advantages:

  • You will not pay import duties or filing fees.
  • You pay the same final price as our customers in Germany.
  • VAT is not refundable, as the official recipient is MeinEinkauf GmbH (Germany).

Note: Domestic shipping costs to Germany apply. We offer free standard shipping for orders over 20€.

Additional costs of MeinEinkauf.ch (from August 2022):

  • Service fee per shipment: 17.90 CHF.
  • Surcharge for multiple different items: CHF 4.90 for each additional item starting with the fourth item.

1 x Skyline of Bern, 1 x Skyline of Berlin, 1 x Skyline of Rome, 1 x Skyline of London, 1 x Skyline of Paris // shipping surcharge of 2 x 4.90 CHF = 9.80 CHF

If you would like to place a large order (e.g. more than 10 units), please contact us in advance and we will prepare a customized offer for you.

Additional fees may apply for returns or incorrect orders. Please refer to the MeinEinkauf.ch price list before placing your order.

When placing an order in the Skylinecity.store online store, please provide your @meineinkauf.ch email address and the billing and delivery address below.
Otherwise, MyPurchase will not be able to allocate your order and will charge additional processing fees.
